Seller/billing and Shipping
The tiles are shipped from our warehouse in Seville (Spain) and invoiced by Traditional Mosaic Ltd, 106 Columbia Road, London E2 7RG – Company number: 8663600 / VAT number: 172 9656 71 - Tel: 0203 514 0483, email@example.com
Prices indicated are excluding VAT and transport. The VAT and shipping cost can be calculated online or indicated by the customer service department upon request.
Orders from the stock are payable in full upon ordering as well as production / custom orders up to £1000. For production orders higher than £1000, 50% of total cost is due when placing the order. The remaining balance is due when the order is ready to ship from the factory. Orders are confirmed and will be processed after payment.
Transport and delivery
The tiles are packed in cardboard boxes of approx. 20 kg each, loaded on a pallet which is properly protected and sealed. The pallet will be unloaded on the street or pavement, in a location accessible to a lorry with a tailgate and a hand pallet truck. We do not provide the dismantling of the pallet and the transfer of the boxes to the construction site or on upper floors.
Mosaic del Sur ® offers transport with an international logistics company but clients may choose their own transport company. In all cases, the transport of the tiles from Sevilla is the client’s responsibility.
Upon delivery, any damage to the pallet, boxes or tiles should be communicated to Traditional Mosaic Ltd within 48h. Claims should include photos.
Returns and refunds
Returns/refunds are offered for stock tiles only, they are not applicable to custom made tiles.
Refunds are only applied to the value of the tiles, not the cost of transportation.
Refunds/returns should be requested within 14 days of receiving goods.
Shipping costs of the return shipment to our warehouse in Seville (Spain), are at the client’s expense.
Tiles returned must be carefully packed and placed on a sealed pallet - as they were delivered - to avoid possible damages during transportation.
The refund will be issued once the tiles are in factory and they have been checked. Only unused goods will be accepted for return.
We sell high-quality handmade products, which have slight variations in colour, format and structure; these are no reason for a return/refund.
Mosaic del Sur ® may assist with calculations of quantities, however, the quantities indicated on the order sheet are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The quotation generated on the web site or received from our customer service department acts as a sales contract and includes: colour images of the tiles ordered, quantities, financial and delivery information.
The sales contract and our terms and conditions are agreed to by payment.
Traditional Mosaic Ltd provides instructions for laying and maintenance of the tiles (PDF, online content or videos), but its liability is strictly limited to the supply of the tiles. The company cannot take responsibility for errors resulting from inappropriate installation, cleaning or maintenance of the floor.
